  1. I’m a very goal-oriented person, too, when it comes to weight loss. I’ve found that Health Month (healthmonth.com) is really effective in helping me stick to my goals. I can create my own and then sign on every day to say whether or not I did the previous day. It’s become a little habit that has helped keep me on track. 🙂 I hope it can come in handy for you, too!

BTW: It’s a free service as long as you have three goals or fewer a month. If you have more than three, you can pay $5 a month or try to get sponsorship from others who do pay (which I was able to do this month).

I just stumbled upon your blog, but I look forward to reading more posts! I take an interest in fitness and health eating, too (not to mention trying to make positive improvements on my self-image). My blog is http://thelabyrinthoflife.arane.us if you want to check it out!

  2. Those are great goals to have, and I am glad your goals are only only weight/scale related. Doing so can really play mind games with you, because you will probably not lose the pounds as fast as you would like!!!
