Winter Workouts

It’s chilly, you don’t want to run outside and tennis hasn’t seemed like a viable option since September.

don't run to bed

You can either brave the cold while you workout outside, or you could mix up your routine and focus on activities that you could do inside or that are specifically winter-focused:

  1. I’ve been going to the gym instead of running because it’s just too cold and wet. So I’ve added Zumba, yoga and power pump classes plus some cardio on machines. Seems to be keeping me going.

  2. I love running in the winter (more then the summer). I mostly workout inside during the winter unless I am kid-free…then I get outside for a run…snow, rain and cold temps too.
